Road Trip

Oh... It has been about 2 years between the last trip to YeoSu and this trip. Lots of things are changed. Its more getting beautiful city in the world. Here is a posting today about YeoSu City where I have been for 3days.

It was the first trip in this year. First of all, We planned to go to the JeJU Island on the 11th to 13 th July for the first time though there was no vacancy for the specified period. We pretty much got depressed at that time and argued about specific dates. Anyway, We couldn't make the JeJu Island Trip and changed from it to a kinda Road Trip. Finally, we decided to get YeoSu City by ourselves driving. It's hell far....

its more than 400 km to get there! :( hell no.

The first day, we got a good early start, leaving the Seoul City at 09:00 am. I had to go somewhere to pick friends up before we start. cuz I was a fucking god damn driver. These days, all Friends of mine call me a Car Racer. In fact, i cannot reject their opinions with a kinda praise. I knew they are trying to butter me up though the fact is I am goose at driving. Anyway, we drove more than 1,000 km for a round-trip. For me, Driving was not difficult with a nice augment to the almost 12 hours of shit and 12 hours we spent talking about various topics, which are useless and not appropriate for this trip, but sufficed to say we might be making a long road trip for us.

When we got almost YeoSu, It rained cats and dogs. Of course, we knew this trip would be in the rainy season, but we hope not raining. And weather goes back and forth regularly in Korea and Especially, we don't believe fuckin forecast in Korea at all. but we experienced serious raining. :( And we had been pretty much unhappy and we got small tiny accident by car... (I took cares my car insurance). I was feeling so bad. we had accidents to get Hamburgers. How could you think god damn hamburgers at that time? I was also about to be hungry but .....
And it is so funny to explain to others about accidents. Anyway, I never forget about what happened during the this trip.

And while we were passing from SunCheon to YeoSu, Our car slipped on the wet road. Even a little tiny road way made me drive so hard. Fortunately, There was no car when it did. I was so surprised and got wet probably to the my pants and probably my friends were got all wet their pants, too. It's kidding but the situation was not good. we were pretty scared of that situation and nerves.

We couldn't make a detour. Finally, we got Yeosu at 11:00 pm. We were exhausted and nerves because of driving in the rain. We wanna take some rests in good place where we planned. but 4 men totally got scared of raining. So, we stayed at not good place. Now I think a tent would be better. After a long day, we took a nice warm shower and got proper sleep. I am pretty sure My friends changed their under wears.

Next day, as soon as I was up, I looked out of window. It looked kinda sunny and seems like a little hot and damp.
we had a great lunch kang jang kae jang . After that, we explored the island a bit, kicking back some drinks a bit and took some pictures. These 3 men never does take their own pics. they only took beautiful lady's pics with a landscape. Crazy Guys. I took pics by myself.

As we planned, we tried to find somewhere where we can fish. We got some fish but nobody knows how knife and cook. So we changed the plans. After couple of hours drive with one small stop in middle we arrived at our destination where we didn't plan near a Temple. Hell of stone stairs made us got wet but we can feel somethings are clearance kinda peace. For the middle of mountain, we could hear theirs songs. ''kwan se um bo sal''. We thought buddhist priest was supposed to be men but this temple all priest were women. Of course, they got bald heads.

Some of areas still are under construction waiting for one of greater temples. This temple was located at top of mountain it was not high though pretty steep to hike. after we got down, we decided to stay at Pension around Hyang il AM. we had some dinner with katkimchi and makgul li at a rural restaurant. After that, we were off to 5 Dong Island.

Especially, 5 Dong Island where it is located in YeoSu that will be held World EXPO in 2012. It is the second time in Korea following the Daejeon Expo in 1993. We saw the Great Expo 2012 construction and other things. After had a great dinner continued to YeoSu. Finally, we finished the entire schedule with a beautiful sunset.

I just came back from 3 days and 2 nights trip to YeoSu. It was so great cuz i had a trip good travel-mates. We argued many times whenever we decide and could take normal path we planned, but going strange place and get some foods were more fun we decided. We finished our trip schedule earlier than we expected.
